JAS Consulting was retained by The Corcoran Group for both Project Management and Furniture Management services. Working with a renowned architectural firm, Corcoran SoHo relocated to a newly constructed 15,000 sq. ft. space in a 1911 loft building.

All the furnishings were new including open plan benching stations, state-of-the-art video conferencing room, lounge/break-out area, and a meditation room. JAS Consulting served as the link between The Corcoran Group, the architect, engineers, contractors, other service providers and furniture manufacturers/dealers.

JAS’ Field Project Manager provided on-site supervision of all the furnishings, throughout the delivery and installation phrase.
